Size, equipment, cleanliness of the apartment, no smoking allowed which is very important to me, the apartment doesn't smell like tobacco smoke. The location was excellent, small children walked to the center and everywhere around without any problems.

Good place to stay for a short trip
We arrived earlier than the expected check-in time. Our host still gave us the keys and fixed the room as we went around town. The room is spacious, the bed was comfortable. All amenities were there as listed. There's a big parking garage across the boulevard with good prices.

- • Even though everything was clean, the bathroom still looked old and worn. The internet/wifi was basically not working, we had extremely low speeds the whole time. Unfortunately the convenient location comes with downsides - the boulevard is noisy and they were doing road works on the street right under our window till 3 in the morning. Bad luck, but it soured our experience.
Comfortable stay in a walking distance from the center.
The apartment was clean and spacious. It was located close to the center (walking distance). It had air conditioning to regulate the temperature during a warm day. Despite the traffic, it was quiet in the apartment. Communication with the host was prompt, instructions very accurate.

The accommodation is conveniently located near Tsimiski, the Republic metro station is also a 5-minute walk away. The owner is very kind and willing to assist you. I also found the presence of a kitchen inside the accommodation very helpful.

- • The elevator doesn't work from the upper floors, the call button is broken, the air conditioning remote control battery is weak and difficult to operate, the room lighting is weak, the wifi was very slow
