- • Water pressure in the shower was very low and the temperature couldn't be adjusted. The tap on the sink was loose.
£114 is too much for a worn-out room. The problem is that Oxford is unreasonably expensive for accommodation.

- • The property looked shabby - the front door needed replacement with worn and chipped wood. We were given a code for the front door, which was fine during the day. However, when we returned at night without a flashlight on the phone, we couldn't see to enter the code as the light above the door didn't turn on (or so we thought). However, when we managed to get in, the light turned on from the inside (why not from the outside as well)? The TV didn't work. There was a towel hanging on the back of the door from the previous occupant. The "crockery" consisted of one bowl, two small plates, and one large plate. Cutlery - 2 knives and 2 forks - no spoons at all.
