The apartment is simple but with all the amenities we needed. We were traveling, stopped in Campinas to rest and continue in the morning. If you are going to stay, just be careful to bring water because there is no kitchen with a water cooler. I have had difficulties in another lodging that did not have a filter and now it already came with a bottle of water. The location is great, facing a minimarket and close to the easily accessible center. I recommend it, on our next trip, our stop will be there.

- • Poor facilities, burnt out light bulbs, TV not working, horrible shower, old and precarious kitchen, old mattresses, confusing entrance and exit, they took a long time to open the gate.

- • We paid for the stay in advance, in the photos one thing, there another, it was not clean, hair everywhere, disgusting bathroom, I left early because they didn't even bother to contact us, or to know if we were alive, I mean, if you stay there for 15 days they don't clean, don't change sheets or towels, it's disgusting, menstrual sheets, trash without bags. Horrible! And they still haven't refunded the money I paid and left early. Don't make the mistake of renting there.
