The apartment is simple but with all the amenities we needed. We were on a trip, stopped in Campinas to rest and continue in the morning. If you are going to stay, just be aware to bring water because there is no kitchen with a water cooler. I have had difficulty in another accommodation that did not have a filter and now it already came with a bottle of water. The location is great, right in front, there is a minimarket and close to the easily accessible downtown. I recommend it, on our next trip our stop will be there.

- • Poor facilities, burnt out light bulbs, TV not working, horrible shower, old, poor kitchen, old mattresses, confusing entrance and exit, they took a long time to open the gate.
