As it is not a hotel, the service was provided by the property owner who proved to be polite, very attentive, and willing to make me feel comfortable. The property's location is great. On the same street, there is a good option of shops, markets, pharmacies, etc., for whatever is needed. The cost-benefit is very good for those who like simple things and practicality. The room is in the annex of the residence, independent, but has a private bathroom and a mini kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, and some utensils where meals can be prepared.
