Great location, very well-kept apartment, large garden, and a beautiful view of the river/mountains
The use of the terrace was possible and simply fantastic - with a beautiful view of the very well-kept, extensive garden, the river, and the mountains. Pure idyll! The house is very well maintained and exudes a great country house flair. The location is excellent and a brilliant starting point for any activities.

Beautiful location, spacious lawn with a river in front. Spacious rooms. You feel free in nature.

- • The only downside was old/dusty beds and some dirty dishes in the cupboard.
Bring your own towels and do not criticize the owners, then you will have a nice holiday.
Positive: Great location as a starting point for many attractive destinations and activities in the beautiful Salzkammergut. Apartment seems clean. Apartment 4 with a separate entrance. Neutral: Dishes are stored openly and collect dust. There is enough crockery and cutlery available. Apartment 4 has a steep spiral staircase. Generally not a problem, but could be difficult for people 70+. Since it is not described anywhere, it should be mentioned here. Everything is functional, but many things need repair. For example, the shower door does not close properly or the hairdryer only works on setting 1 with some persuasion.

- • Difficult hosts and poorly washed laundry. Towels and dish towels are partly very worn (which would not be a problem), but unfortunately also stained and musty. When asked for new hand and dish towels, they were unyielding. Quote: 'If you want hygienic towels, you have to go to a hotel'. Apparently, only washed at low temperatures. Alleged makeup residues on the towels from other holidaymakers are 'completely normal'. After some discussions, new towels were issued, which were better. To our surprise, however, accompanied by the insult: 'Go out on the street and demonstrate for the environment and then demand hygienic towels'. Literally! Please what? Hygienic towels are not included in over 1300€ per week? The tablecloth on the balcony was also unbelievably dirty. But we didn't dare to mention it anymore. We just put it aside. For us as long-time holiday apartment tenants, a unique, strange experience.

Exceptional location with river, lake, forest, and mountain in close proximity. Cozy and well-equipped apartment. Very nice and dedicated owners. We will gladly come back! ☺️
