- • Getting in on arrival is too dependent on having a functioning phone with internet access. (Though this seems the case with most accommodation nowadays). Entry codes worked when I could receive them.

Friendly, reliable contact with Mr. Nguyen - we didn't meet: inquiries were answered quickly and uncomplicated, even during the stay. The instructions for entering the apartment/room were easy to understand, as were the documents/information available there. The apartment (bathroom/kitchen/hallway) and the room were very clean and tidy. The furnishings were simple and tasteful. Thank you very much!

Good and affordable accommodation with some drawbacks.
It was clean and everything worked uncomplicatedly with the key box.

- • Below the entrance door - yes - it says "Watch Step." Actually, it's not a step. The door is cut out. (see photo). I fell - with my whole weight frontal on body and face. I bled, had pain but luckily nothing happened except bruises, lip, nose. Teeth are still intact. This is unacceptable and should be changed.
