Nice cottage in a less touristy place
Very nice staff and very nice rooms. The location is good in itself, but you either need to rent a scooter or use gojek/Grab to get to the town. We also went to Mataram, which is a 25-minute drive from there by car.

- • A bit outside. With a scooter (they also rent them), it's not a problem.

- • One thing that could be improved (for this price) is the offering of drinks. As of today, you only get water, everything else you have to get yourself.
It was our 3rd time visiting, would highly recommend if you are in Senggigi

Room for improvement
The convenience of the location in relation to beaches, shops, restaurants is really good. The staff were also lovely and very helpful. There was also an adorable cat cuddling us every morning at breakfast. The breakfast was good, considering the price of the stay.

- • Unfortunately, our stay wasn't as we expected. A lot of the reviews mention only good things, so we really expected the accommodation to be exceptional (for the price we pay). Our room wasn't clean, the toilet smelled really bad and looked like it was maybe just wiped down but it was definitely not cleaned inside for a while. The shower was also really inconvenient - low pressure, spraying very wide and making everything in the bathroom (including the toilet) wet. There were hairs stuck to furniture and our towels smelled like sweat and were very rough on the skin - clearly extremely old. The bed was also very hard, I woke up with shoulder pain every day. And that wake-up was usually at 5 am because there is a mosque very nearby and the speakers are extremely loud. Nothing the property can do about the last one but good for people to know. I have nothing bad to say about the hosts, they're lovely people. I just believe travellers considering this property should know what they're booking, so their expectations are more realistic than ours.
