Beautiful place and great welcome. Lalu is very attentive. The restaurant is very good. The day tour of the surroundings with Ucok was top (waterfall, monkey forest, local crafts). As a bonus, a great evening of guitar and singing with my friend Koko and Lalu! 🥰

Pleasant stay
We had an excellent stay! We were very well received, with a truly pleasant family atmosphere that immediately put us at ease. We stayed for a few days and the accommodation was perfectly located, allowing us to do many activities and explore the region easily. Thank you again!

Perfect for a few days in Tetebatu
The location is very good. In just a few minutes on foot, you reach a grocery store with an ATM. The host is very friendly and open. The pool invites you to swim after a nice day. Through the accommodation, we were able to book a great excursion in the region (monkey forest, rice fields, waterfalls). The food offered at the accommodation tasted excellent! We would book again.

It is absolutely not the worst stay I have ever had, but I would not recommend it to family and friends.
The employees were very friendly and it is nice that everyone has their own mini-house.

- • Everything was quite chaotic. We wanted to book a tour and had a long and pleasant conversation about it with one of the employees. When we were supposed to start the next day, he was suddenly too busy and we got someone completely different. The difficult part was that half of the staff spoke little to no English. Furthermore, we had booked a deluxe room so that our bathroom would be included, but it seemed to us as if these were already fully booked, so we ended up with a cottage where the bathroom was downstairs, requiring you to go outside first. Not a disaster, of course, but strange when you pay extra specifically for it. Additionally, there was very little space and the bed was a mattress on the floor. What I personally found the “worst” was that they had a fairly extensive menu, but you couldn't get anything other than banana pancakes for breakfast. I tried to get an egg or omelet, but there was nothing else to do but eat banana pancakes for four days. The strange thing about this was that the menu did list all kinds of things with bread and eggs... We had also arranged transport to our next accommodation through them on the last evening and made a small deposit. The next morning, when we were supposed to leave, that man was suddenly sick too, so we got a different man and our deposit had disappeared. To make matters worse, the employee who was there at the time—who couldn't speak English—didn't know that I had already paid everything properly, so he kept saying that I still had to pay. When I was finally able to show him the proof myself, we were allowed to leave. We found the whole process to be very chaotic and involved quite a lot of hassle.

Everything! The place is beautiful and the hosts are very kind. We immediately felt at home. We also visited Tetebatu thanks to the guide Lan, who took us on 2 great days.

- • The sheets come off too easily when you move in bed, I hate sleeping on a mattress without sheets

- • If you take the standard room the toilet was a little bit far so choose the premium one with your private bathroom!
