The staff and owners are very friendly and make you feel at home from the first moment. Quiet, very nice and pleasant atmosphere. The food is very good.

- • In my case, it was a shared bathroom and quite far away. Also, the mattress was very worn out and already had a hollow, but otherwise everything was great.
The host and his staff are really very nice! The garden and the pool in the middle of the rice fields are really pleasant. We had chosen the cheapest room, so indeed very basic (bathroom not attached to the room and mattress on the floor) but for the price, it is coherent. For a little price difference, I would recommend taking the luxury room.

If you want to have a good vacation, run away!

- • Double room with bathroom photos when it's a shower for the entire hotel. As soon as you arrive, they offer you to upgrade to a room by paying a supplement. It would have been more honest to specify in the ad the reality of the bathroom. We took the upgraded room and the floor broke under my foot, and my leg got stuck. They then offered to pay half of the upgrade. And didn't even fix the room, so we had to manage with that. On the second day, they rented us scooters at twice the price in the city and without insurance, and charged us an astronomical amount for repairs. Honestly, look elsewhere if you want to have a good vacation.

Everything, What an incredible stay! We even stayed longer than planned just to enjoy this place a bit more. A huge thank you to Lalu, Ella, Dirga, Oci and everyone from Pondok Indah who made us feel so welcomed and like we were at home. They truly make this place a must-visit in your Lombok itinerary. The nicest, warmest, and most interesting people. Ella is the best cook in Tetebatu, the chicken curry is a must-try! On top of that, the place is beautiful. Views of Rinjani in the morning, well-located with rice fields all around. We had the Mountain View room with a comfortable bed, a terrace to enjoy the views, clean, comfortable, and with AC. If you need a scooter, they can rent you one, they can organize tours, and help you find a driver to wherever you need to go next. You will not regret coming here and will definitely feel sad leaving. Again, a big thank you to all the team for making our best memories from this trip 🙏🏻
