Amazing value for money, Yakub is a legend!
Amazing value for money, room had everything you needed and hot water. Yakub was very welcoming and friendly and very funny. He arranged a day trip for us to see rice fields, jungle and waterfalls! Our guide Yoko was great as well. They even took us to the sunset point to see views of Rinjani. The breakfast was good and dinner was a nice touch. 100% recommend staying here.

Great rooms. Hot water and good water pressure in the shower. The wifi works very well. The host Jacob is lovely. Located just in front of the waterfalls. The breakfast (banana pancake and fruits) is very good! I recommend 100%

A peaceful break at Yakub's
We highly recommend our host Yakub who was responsive and available even before our arrival at his lodge. Yakub is the man for the job: with him, no problem, only solutions. He had our torn travel backpack repaired, allowed us to rent warm clothes and a backpack for our trek to Mount Rinjani, offered to transfer us from the Bangsal port to his lodge, etc. Yakub is a joking, non-intrusive character who always has a smile. A big thank you to him and his team.

Jacob who runs it is very welcoming and such good fun! The place is a good location close to small shops and restaurants, they can organise tours for waterfalls and trekking. They can also arrange laundry if needed. The room is spacious, clean and well maintained. Very good price, would highly recommend 😊

Great location, right opposite one of the entrances to the waterfalls. Choice of restaurants & shops around. Room was clean, spacious & comfortable and looked out onto a nice quiet garden. Staff very sociable & willing to help. Good, basic breakfast provided.

Stayed here after doing Rinjani, basic room had everything I needed. The breakfast was really good and quick service. Everyone is super nice and helpful.

The hotel is decent and sufficient for a two-night stay in Senaru. Well located next to the waterfalls and the Sassak village. Good starting point for a trek to Rinjani. The staff is very attentive and helpful

Great location but insect problem
We really appreciated the location, very convenient for the waterfalls and restaurants. The host took care of the taxi and the breakfast was excellent.

- • We had a big problem in the middle of the night because of insects. When we arrived, the room was already filled with ants, unfortunately the small mosquito nets above the doors were very worn and sometimes torn so we had visits from spiders, lizards and especially a huge gecko in the middle of the night. It can happen for sure, but it forced us to leave the room in the middle of the night and go sleep elsewhere in the village.
