Very good, worth recommending~
Very good, the owner runs the business very attentively, the breakfast is very delicious! There are many entertainment options to choose from. Stayed for three days and felt not enough.

Exceptional
The warm and relaxed atmosphere, evenings around a hibiscus infusion where Bassam plays the guitar. Delicious evening meals, fabulous breakfasts.

Quiet and bohemian place with exceptional staff. Fantastic value.
The hotel was located on the West Bank but it was easy and cheap to get a public crossing to the East Bank. The ferry is only a 10-minute walk from the hotel. The hotel is extremely quiet. The staff, namely Bassam, was exceptional and his English was perfect. I got everything I needed. The rooftop terrace is covered with sand and bohemian and cool. Bassam was always available with any questions or concerns on WhatsApp. My room was huge and comfortable. There is tremendous competition for rooms in Aswan as it is a tourist city but this hotel recognizes that tourists want exceptional value. I got exceptional value and more at Nubian Kingdom. There was also a coffee ceremony conducted while I was there which was complimentary and interesting.

- • The area is sleepy which might be an issue for some people and is not nearly as developed as the Nile's Eastern city side. Restaurants and shops are not as numerous. There is a ferry that is run regularly and the daily crossings back and forth that actually added excitement and fun to my stay.

- • The bed. In the photos, it looked like a comfortable mattress. However, when I arrived, it had a mattress that looked like a sofa cover with fillings. But I loved everything else.
The room is very distinctive, clean, and has delicious breakfast.

Outstanding stay
I had an excellent experience with Bassam and his wonderful staff. A big shout out for Mohammad and his helper Mustafa who made amazing coffee in the traditional Nubian way, well worth the wait watching the process and the taste was delicious. Thank you Bassam for organizing our tours of Philae island and surrounds and the time on Lake Nasser. I look forward to, God willing, to the all-day trip on Lake Nasser, to see the Sunrise, food, storytelling of Nubian traditions and culture, music, visit to Temple of Kalabsha, (3.59 pm purchase ticket0 and then on to see Sunset later in the year

We liked it so much that we spontaneously spent the last days of our holiday - more than gladly...- here! There is little to add to the already successful reviews regarding equipment, cleanliness, coziness & breakfast/(family) meals. Everything is TOP, the prices are transparent & absolutely fair, individual needs are perceived and - if possible - met. Especially the evening (family) meal was a culinary dream and you would most likely want to take a cooking class with Bassam's aunt immediately... :) We would like to highlight the absolutely special atmosphere of the house! Bassam & his team are music enthusiasts, with a positive view of the world in general and in particular. Hospitality is lived and a genuine interest in people, different cultures, life stories & (world) music is the impressive basis of this guesthouse. A clear recommendation and we look forward to the next time!
