The decor is sublime, the staff is attentive and always smiling. We had discovered by chance the TUGU in Jakarta which was a gem and it had made us want to discover other hotels of this group. Absolutely not disappointed! Go there and let yourself be pampered.

EVERYTHING! A truly magical getaway. Gorgeous property with 2 huge pools, lots of serenity & space & privacy. Beautifully decorated rooms, exceptional staff, and a nice beach with crystal clear water to take a long swim.

Simply fantastic
The stay at Hotel Tugu Lombok exceeded all our expectations. The entire property is an extensive palm garden with a very nice private beach area. The water is crystal clear, calm, and perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The service staff is top-notch. Every wish is anticipated and promptly fulfilled. Breakfast and dinner taste outstanding, and you sit in a beautiful ambiance in the restaurant. Breakfast is also served on the beach.

We used the kayaks on the beach every day, the daily afternoon tea by the beach was a highlight, the food in the restaurant is outstanding, the location is spectacular. The kids had the best time. We loved our stay at Tugu!
