The reception was very welcoming! They waited for me and greeted me very warmly! They escorted me very well! The atmosphere of the reception is very good! They took my luggage very fast! Mr. Reda, the concierge, took my luggage very fast to the room! EMAD from the reception checked me in very fast and nicely, they gave me late check out for free! Late check out was very good and fast! Hossam from reception was very kind in any request! They upgraded my room free of charge! Their welcome and care starting from the reception Manager was very attentive

Unique service and a personal meeting with the General Manager! A place that exceeded all expectations.

This hotel is so beautiful that we extended our stay here twice! I want to express my immense delight with the quality of the stay. Everything here is absolutely perfect, but the guest service is just out of this world. In our previous review, we praised the hotel for the luxurious room but left a small constructive comment: it was inconvenient to use tongs at the buffet. What happened next completely won us over to this place. The General Manager personally met with me! It was incredibly pleasant that the top management reads reviews so attentively. He listened to me and immediately started the process of fixing the issue with the tongs. But the wonders of service did not end there. On the day of departure, upon learning about our late flight, the hotel did something that has never been offered to me in all my other trips - they absolutely free of charge offered to extend the room until the very departure! And although I still had to leave earlier, this noble gesture and willingness to accommodate touched me to the core. Such sincere and truly premium service is a huge rarity. Many thanks to the General Manager and the entire team for the attention, openness, and incredible hospitality. The quality bar is set at an unreachable height. We are now your permanent guests forever!

Nice and clean beachfront resort, with friendly and polite staff. Great choice if you like to listen to Russian all day long.

+ Very nice and clean resort, with the beach and sea directly in front of the hotel. Adults only 16+ areas were greatly appreciated. Good food selection. We had a very nice room with a balcony. I also appreciate the birthday cake prepared by the staff.

Amazing staff

Wonderful staff, Miss Dina and Mr. Hassan were really amazing, and Mr. Mohammed Ghonaim, manager of the restaurants, and Mohammed from housekeeping. They really made our experience amazing.

Had an amazing stay at Remal Beach Resort. The rooms are elegant, modern, and exceptionally clean. The food and facilities were also excellent throughout the stay. What truly made the experience special was the staff. Everyone was genuinely welcoming and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure guests are comfortable and satisfied. Special thanks to Emad, Mohamed Mano, and the entire team for their outstanding hospitality. I’ll definitely come back whenever I visit Sharm El Sheikh again.

The hotel is brand new and comfortable. The staff is absolutely amazing and attentive. Very caring for children’s comfort and will do everything for families to feel welcomed. Unfortunately, I can’t remember names but the manager, the beach guy, and other staff were very helpful and friendly. Restaurants have great food. My son loved Oscar (the camel whose owner takes good care of him) and we were able to feed this beautiful creature, which made my son extremely happy. The beach is rocky but they have a good place for snorkeling and diving. Absolutely recommend this hotel!!! I would love to thank everyone who works there. Greetings from Um Sami and little Sami ❤️
