Room for improvement but overall great resort
We had a fantastic stay at the resort. The grounds are beautifully maintained, the pools enormous (if cold in the spring, given they take so long to warm up) and the rooms are nice and large too. The location right on the beach with easy access is amazing. For a resort, the food was varied and of a relatively high quality. The majority of staff were also very friendly and helpful, especially the reception, animation team and restaurant waiters (shout out to Yassine!)

- • There are a few things that could be improved. For example, some of the information about meal times and facilities that we had read online turned out to be wrong, and we were surprised to out that *no* spa facilities are included (it’s not clear what “ultra” in “ultra all inclusive” means). We also thought it was a shame that there is a gap in activities and equipment rental between 5-7:30 pm, even though this is the coolest part of the day and best for sport. In general, there could be more and better equipment available, like some floaties for the pool! While the vast majority of staff were amazing, the bar staff seemed a little grumpy about having to serve so many drinks. One aside - for an “ultra all inclusive” we were very disappointed that no women’s sanitary products are provided in case of emergency!

Delightful. Very enjoyable. Would go again but am wary with respect to stomach problem

- • Nothing about the property. Although the restaurants and food were good my husband suffered with stomach pains and diahorrea for the time we were there. I also suffered but only for one day. Thought this was worth mentioning.
Best for older folk who are seeking peace and quiet
