Authentic experience and contact with the local people
Hassam was a very friendly and attentive host. We discussed and planned the trip together and he was super available and open to embrace our requests. For us, it was very valuable to be in his home next to his family and to learn more about the reality of the locals and the village of Merzouga. The food was very good, all spaces were super clean and cozy. Sarah, his sister, made Berber pizza for us with all the care in the world! Hassam offers different possibilities for desert tours and we agreed to go with him. For those looking for local contact, escaping luxurious spaces, and still finding comfort, Hassam provides that!

- • This is not a point of improvement, but a personal desire, we would have loved to have even more moments of deep exchange with Hassam and his family to learn even more about the history of the Tuaregs and Berber peoples.
The staff is very nice, helpful, speaks many languages. The food is very tasty. Good resting point. Hassan organizes camel rides to a small oasis, as well as to other locations and multi-day trips. Highly recommended!!

- • The beds are large and with good sheets and blankets but a bit closed. Nevertheless, we slept well.

Definitely one of our most beautiful stays in Morocco. We arrived late at night and were greeted with delicious Moroccan tea. Although it is a bit off the beaten path, it is still very accessible by car. The next morning we were treated to a large breakfast, you can't get anything better for the price. We will gladly come back :)
