Simple but charming
Very friendly people, next to a beautiful beach. The property is charming, the huts are simple but ok. The food in the restaurant is good

- • There’s a busy road next to the property and also at night you hear the cars and motorcycles passing by. In one of our huts there was no airconditioning and it was very hot at night
Beautiful place with a somewhat busy road. But for this price, that was just fine

If you want to experience the real life on Koh Samui in an easy way, the place is perfect
The bamboo huts are small, but depending on the hut, they have either an air conditioner or two fans. Perfect shower! Feet in the sand throughout the area. Everything is very nicely kept in a shabby-chic style. Three steps to the sea 😃. The staff takes care of every concern and detail. A big thank you to Nini and everyone else.

Rooms were clean and in a lovely environment. For me, the staff made this a really pleasant experience. They couldn’t do enough for you. Really happy.

Okay for 1-3 nights.
The accommodation is right on the beach but also on the main road, which makes it very noisy in the evening/night. The accommodation is equipped with a bed and a refrigerator. We had one with a portable air conditioner. However, it absolutely didn't help. Okay for two or three nights, but really not more. The beach and the restaurant are great, and the staff is very nice and friendly. The resort is clean, and we felt very comfortable. Delicious food and drinks. We would come back!

- • The nightly noise from the main road. The heat in the hut... (made us sleep poorly) despite the fan.
The sea view. If you want to have an isolated vacation with good service and be pampered, this is the right place. At low tide, the sea is unusable.

- • The bungalow used to cost 300 baht. The equipment is minimal, the location directly on the beach probably justifies the price. The audience is couples and families, the atmosphere is forced and artificial art deco. The music plays from early morning until late and lulls you with romantic 0815 Spotify playlists. At low tide, the sea is unusable.

Coco experience in Koh Samui
The restaurant food on the beachfront and the staff were great. The place was clean with good music as well. The food was very good, everything was great. I enjoyed the Thai food. The people working there were polite and very nice. The place is on the beach, which was nice and clean.

- • The place is nearly on the road, so it's not quiet at night in the room due to the cars. The room was very small, and the 'air condition' couldn't cool very well.

Had a wonderful stay!
Lovely bungalows on the beach. We were a bit hesitant because we had read many negative reviews about noise from the road and the fact that there was only a mobile air conditioner and a fan in the room, but the room was reasonably cool. The food at the accommodation is delicious (breakfast and lunch). We didn't eat there in the evening. There is a mosquito net above your bed, so no issues with mosquitoes.

- • The only downside is that the beach has low tide during the day and there are only 2 meters of ankle-deep water where you can enter, and the rest is full of dead coral/rocks. But had a wonderful stay. Would go back there anytime.
