- • Sometimes we struggled a bit with the fact that at night there was quite a lot of noise from the adjacent road in the rooms. There are several rows of rooms and the first row is adjacent to the main road just a few meters away. Other rooms may not have had this problem. Also, there is no air conditioning, only fans, so air conditioning is somewhat lacking in warmer seasons. Not all staff speak English, and not even Thai, so sometimes there is a slight problem communicating. However, for the low price we evaluated that if someone is heading here, they must consider this, and in the end, we were not disappointed at all.

- • The place was clean and comfortable, but we paid for the cheapest bungalow, so it was close to the street and the noise was terrible!

- • Most of the staff were kind, but they still have some things to learn about hospitality. When we arrived (we stayed at the accommodation for a week), we mentioned that there was absolutely no WIFI in the room and since we also need to work, it would be important. We were told to come out to the restaurant area every time. When I said I couldn't send a single message because there was no connection at all and this was not what they promised, the boss was called, who resolved the situation with another room. But overall, there is still some polishing needed in the guys' hospitality. They were kind and always helpful. The rooms are quite worn out, the floor moves with every step, a sock was stuffed into a broken tile in the bathroom to cover a hole, etc.
Pure relaxation!
Beautiful quiet place with very friendly attentive staff. If you like it simple, this is the right place. The food in their own restaurant is very tasty. A place to relax, and with a scooter rental, you are flexible to explore Ko Samui. I definitely recommend this little paradise.

- • The street noise is audible, but it's a matter of attitude. It didn't bother us. If you are looking for a sandy beach, this is not the right place. Most of the time, it was low tide for us, which cannot be influenced by the resort :)

- • I have stayed here before about 2 years ago and it was great then. The staff was great, food was great, beds were okay. But now the standard has definitely dropped. The food is terrible, staff can hardly understand, and the beds are rock hard. Only some of the rooms have air conditioning.
