- • should have ID for luggage storage as anyone can walk off with your luggage if staff dont remember you or change of shift
Acceptable for a one-night stay, cannot recommend longer.
It's in a good location in the centre of things in Surfers Paradise. The views from the window are great, overlooking the ocean. Everything was efficiently handled by reception, and the apartment was really spacious.

- • It looks untouched since the 1980's. The lack of air conditioning would be a major problem for me, if I hadn't been visiting in the middle of winter. There was mould in the bathroom and accumulated grime in the tub, and getting the right temperature for the shower required a physics degree. Reception is closed for chunks of each day. You are given one physical key, which would be a problem for a family or group that were coming and going from the room at different times.
