Un grand merci à Mina qui était avec nous depuis la 1ère minute jusqu'à la dernière seconde et nous a aidés avec chaque détail et s'est assuré que nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Je tiens également à remercier le Dr David qui a été très utile quand je suis tombé malade et m'a aidé jusqu'à ce que je me sente mieux. C'était un séjour merveilleux que nous souhaitons répéter bientôt, inshallah.

The stay was great. We were contacted even before arrival to ensure we could feel comfortable. It started great as the taxi was already waiting for us when we arrived at the airport. Upon arrival at the hotel, Ebrahim was already waiting for us to welcome us. He was always there for us and made everything possible. A huge thanks to the entire staff. They were all super friendly and always took care of things immediately. The food was really high quality and always freshly prepared, really great!! The hotel has a beautiful location and is very quiet. It's only a two or three-minute walk to the beach (where it's a bit busier). Since the hotel has its own beach area, it's perfectly arranged. Here too, I can say the staff was great and you get drinks and snacks. Really a great service!

We had a very enjoyable stay at this all-inclusive hotel. The food was amazing, with a great variety of options every day—we never got bored of the selection. Everything throughout the hotel was very clean and well-maintained, which made the experience even more comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we slept very well each night. The cocktails were also good and enjoyable, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. We especially liked having access to billiards—it was a fun way to spend some of our time.

A lovely relaxing time very clean the food was amazing and a great choice. Our room was spacious Mustafa just spoilt us, all staff were eager to ensure you enjoyed your holiday. The area… gardens were immaculate beautiful walks and the beach was impressive. Entertainment at night was impressive. We felt recharged and would love to go back nice quiet relaxing holiday.

The place is beautiful, the atmosphere is calm and relaxing, and everything is perfectly organized to make you feel comfortable from the very first moment. A very special thanks to Mr. Mina—honestly, his level of care and professionalism was exceptional. He was in contact with me even before our arrival, arranging everything and making sure all details were perfect. From the moment we arrived, his warm welcome made us feel like we were the only guests in the hotel. When he knew it was our honeymoon and also my birthday, he went above and beyond to make it truly unforgettable. The honeymoon setup and birthday celebration were absolutely amazing and meant so much to us ❤️ The food was incredibly delicious, and I would also like to give special thanks to Mr. Salah and Taher at the restaurant for their great service and kindness.
