Short but sweet, will definitely look to return!
The hotel is HUGE! There is so much variety in food offerings. The main pool area is just lovely. Saif on reception in the aqua side was very helpful and Hlvi in guest relations went above and beyond to get us into an à la carte as we were only here for the one night. The room was very clean and the bed super comfortable, the pillows especially. Having aperol spritz on tap is such a treat especially in Egypt and all the branded alcohol is great.

- • When we arrived on the beach side the reception was very chaotic and we were passed on from person to person waiting for 40 minutes just to be taken to check in on the Aqua side. The Aqua side team were much more calm and collected and got us organised very efficiently.
