- • Cleaning and safety at the pool (I thought only 1 lifeguard is not enough)
What pleased me was the great location of the flat, great view, the problem is that the flat does not have many basic items, lacked a water filter, air fryer, besides being very small, as it was just for me I found it ok, worth the cost-benefit for Marulhos.

- • Lack of basic items in the flat, upon arrival the room entry card was not working, the air conditioning had stopped but maintenance fixed it.

Great location and structure for families with young children
The communication with the owner was excellent, always very attentive and helpful in providing information and resolving small situations. Congratulations! The location is excellent, facing the pools, very close (10 minutes walking at most) to another spot on the beach ideal for bathing with young children. Great accommodation for families with young children.

- • There is nothing I can say I didn't like. The stay was really pleasant and a small situation with the clogged sink was quickly resolved with the owner's assistance requesting maintenance from the Resort team. Very good!
DO NOT RECOMMEND... THE UNIT DESERVES CARE

- • When we arrived at the unit, there was not even toilet paper, the double mattress was very bad and low, they were not covered nor were the pillows that looked dirty. We complained to the owner who corrected by providing toilet paper and covering the beds and pillows. HOWEVER, the TV had no image, we called the hotel maintenance that could not fix it saying it was a problem with the device and, by the way, it was dirty and dusty. And there was no internet in the flat either. The impression is that it is a Neglected unit, as if the owner didn't even bother to check her property. We felt cheated, luckily it was only for one night.
