- • I want to file an official complaint regarding my stay at this hotel because my experience during a significant part of the stay was very bad and did not match the amount I paid or the level of service I expected when booking through Booking.com. I booked 3 rooms, each room was for two people and had two beds according to the booking details. Upon our arrival on the first day, which was Friday, we were indeed given 3 rooms, but only one room matched the booking, while the other two rooms had only one bed each. As a result, two people in each room had to sleep on the same bed, even though the booking clearly stated that the room was for two people and had two beds. When we requested a solution to the problem, the hotel's response was that this was what was available, and we had to deal with the situation even though the rooms we received did not match the specifications that were booked and paid for. In addition, the level of service during the first few days was very bad. From Friday until Wednesday, we often had to request the same thing two or more times before it was done. In some cases, there was no response to our requests, and I personally had to go and get the things I had requested due to the lack of response. I want to clarify that I am not saying that the service was equally bad throughout the stay. Starting from Wednesday, after the intervention of the manager and his follow-up on the matter, the level of service improved significantly and the situation became better. I mention this point because I want my complaint to be accurate and fair, but this improvement does not negate the problems we faced in the previous days. What happened affected us psychologically significantly from the first day. The level of stress and annoyance we experienced reached a point where on the first day, a major argument broke out between me and my friends in front of people and in the hotel due to the tension and pressure we were under since our arrival. I am not saying that the hotel is responsible for the argument that occurred between us, but I mention it to illustrate the extent of the psychological distress and pressure caused by the poor organization and problems we faced since the beginning of the stay. On the same day, things reached a point for me that I was ready to leave the hotel even if I lost the money I paid for the reservation. Unfortunately, I could not find an alternative hotel at that time, so I had to stay and complete the stay.

First of all, it is an adult-only hotel, and this is a good thing as there is no children's noise. The staff are amazing in their handling and services, they easily and quickly provide everything we ask for from reception to room service, bathroom, pool, sea, and restaurant. Mr. Mohamed Ali from reception, Mahmoud from room service, the hospitality in the restaurant by Rami, Omar, and Ahmed, Chef Salah, they all did a great job. The food was excellent, everything was delicious, and the spa was amazing, I recommend you try it. The amazing sister Habiba. Thank them for their efforts

All is good especially thanks to Mohamed Eldahshory at the reception and thanks to all the staff, Ahmed, Esraa in the spa, big thank you. When we leave the hotel, they let us enjoy in the hotel until our flight
