Clean structure, 15 minutes from the airport, for us it's like home and it's already the third time we come. Extremely kind staff, starting from the reception (special thanks to Hussein) to the restaurant guys, beach/pool attendants, and SPA staff. Highly recommended spa treatments including hammam, masks, and massages, you will be taken care of by Badwy, a wonderful and super kind guy whom we value a lot. Good and varied food! Highly recommended!!

- • La piscina ha bisogno di manutenzione e il pranzo a buffet non era all'altezza delle aspettative. Il teatro dovrebbe alzare un po' l'asticella, ma meriti al team di animazione, in particolare a Sayed.
Soggiorno molto buono e rilassante.
Il personale! Il ragazzo delle pulizie era molto gentile e ha pulito perfettamente bene. Il conducente aveva una bella musica e era professionale. Gli addetti alla reception erano sempre disponibili. I coralli sono eccezionali. Il cibo è molto buono! Anche il ristorante arabo. La cena di gala è stata incredibile. Nel complesso un'atmosfera buona e amichevole.

- • I lettini sono estremamente vecchi e avevo la sensazione che sarebbero crollati sotto di me! L'animazione era abbastanza buona ma molto orientata al pubblico russo. Anche la doccia avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione. L'hotel non si trova direttamente sulla spiaggia. È necessario passare davanti a una varietà di negozi per raggiungere la spiaggia.

È stato eccellente, abbiamo apprezzato molto il nostro soggiorno al Baron Palms. Eravamo in un altro resort appena prima e la qualità era nettamente superiore. La gentilezza e l'attenzione del personale (dalla reception con un upgrade da vista giardino a vista piscina, agli animatori con in particolare Sayed che aveva un'energia incredibile, al bar, ecc.). La pulizia dell'hotel era impeccabile e Mahmoud era molto attento alla nostra camera.
