Incredible stay
EVERYTHING everything was absolutely perfect, the food (preference for the Alfredo restaurant and breakfast +++), everything was very clean, the staff was very attentive, I have nothing to complain about, go for it

Everyone working at the reception was very helpful. Every day we received messages from the reception asking how our holiday was going. The hotel was very beautiful and spotless. The rooms were designed with a modern concept. The white-themed facility was very beautiful. The food was delicious with a wide variety. Ali Bey at the reception and the black-haired lady whose name I forgot were very attentive. Thank you.

It exceeded all expectations
Our stay at this unique hotel truly exceeded our expectations. Everything was fantastic, but most of all the staff who made you feel unique by satisfying your every need. Food, cleanliness, room size, pools, and the pristine beach.

A beautiful, clean resort with exceptional staff and excellent service—we would definitely return.
We had a wonderful stay. The resort was clean, beautiful, and very well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was spacious and comfortable, the hot water was always reliable, and the Wi-Fi worked well throughout our stay. The beach was beautiful, and the entire property felt safe, relaxing, and well cared for. We were genuinely impressed with the overall experience and would happily stay here again.

- • We didn’t have any real issues during our stay. The only thing that kept us from using all of the facilities was the spa. We had planned to book massages, but after reading several negative reviews about the spa services, we decided not to. Aside from that, everything met or exceeded our expectations.
Everything was very good. First time knowing the Batroun hotels, and it won't be the last time. Everything was wonderful.
