Good location, good stay.
Comfortable rooms. Nice balcony. Very close to beach - but unfortunately there was a LOT of garbage being washed up. The hotel’s stretch was clean, but next door was not. There are also a lot of boats anchored further down, so long walks were not as pleasant because you had to hurdle over ropes. Staff were amazing. Very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good but our friends who tried lunch and dinner there were not impressed, so we took their advice and ended up going to the hotel further down for dinners. Great location with boats for quick and easy access to the Gili islands. The dive centre was also good. Make sure to check equipment though. My fins were cracked and were scratching my feet. I didn’t really notice this until I was in the water. It’s good that they try to repair them (melted rubber?) but need to make sure they're okay for actual use. Okay place to stay, but I’d check out other places before staying here again.

- • Clothing/towel racks in room or balcony for wet swimsuits, etc. Increase availability of masseuses - only 2 on site.

The staff were amazing. I was upgraded to a better room with breakfast. A great view and the facilities were excellent. The massage was wonderful

- • I think you should put vents into the cabinets that the fridge is in. That area is really hot and the fridge will use more power. This will be more efficient. I am unsure why the sinks are outside the bathroom.

Wonderful resort with private Beach. The rooms with private pool are wonderful and the public pool and beach are very relaxed. Also wonderful staff. It is remote up north but you can get a grab to go to the other side of the northern Island for sunset. We went Diving for 4 days, 8 times. And every dive was special! Wonderful!

- • The service in the Restaurant was somewhat chaotic. Everyday for breakfast there was something different. Sometimes more than ordered, sometimes they forgot stuff. It equals out. The food wasn't so great. We enjoyed going to the huts along the beach.
Peaceful place
Beautiful establishment, clean, very warm welcome. The staff does not know what to do to please us, smiles, good mood, attentive. The rooms are lovely, small private pool and beautiful bathroom. Well equipped. The breakfast is incredible. Very good meals all this with feet in the sand at the water's edge. Peaceful and calm place. All these intentions around us make us feel at home. We had a wonderful time. Possibility of kayaking but beware of the coral reef. Hotel boat for excursions. We visited the 3 Gili islands, a must. I recommend this establishment.

- • The bay water is not clean due to algae, maybe we came at the wrong time but this has nothing to do with the establishment that cleans the beach and does not spoil the stay. You have to take a taxi if you want to go to town.
