The service level is very good, I would like to mention the team at the front desk, Mohamed, Makarios, and Silvana, the gentlemen at the breakfast service.

- • Gym could use some upgrades, TV could be upgraded to have a casting option so we can enjoy our shows.

Wonderful resort and hotel, excellent staff, special thanks to Ms. Sylvana from customer service for the hospitality and reception. My visit was short due to being in Sharm El Sheikh before coming to the hotel. But because of what I found, my stay will definitely be longer in Dahab and in this beautiful resort.
