Unforgettable 😍
Everything was nice & satisfying. Food was great. Lovely Chef, friendly F&B staff. Reception & Guest Relations were very helpful and friendly. Housekeeping personnel & concierge were extremely nice & caring. Would love to repeat it again and again.

Relaxing and friendly atmosphere.
Lovely property clean, beautiful and lots of space. Staff are very friendly and accommodating especially Noor the guest relations was so lovely and made the holiday even more special. Thank you

Fantastic stay. Three pools mean there’s always space to relax, and the resort is large enough to feel private while still keeping a romantic atmosphere. Service and hospitality were excellent — the staff are genuinely welcoming and attentive to detail, which really stood out. We were very impressed with the senior management, particularly Wael and Silvana who responded to a small issue immediately and handled it to the highest standard. In the restaurant, Sayed and Khalid run an excellent floor — everything is well organised and attentive. Abdr also deserves a mention, always on the restaurant floor with a smile. A special mention to Executive Chef Ahmed and Chef Rashah, who are always present, welcoming, and clearly take pride in maintaining high food standards. The food was varied daily, full of flavour, and with such a good selection that we didn’t feel the need to dine anywhere else during our stay. Nour was also friendly cheerful and helpful, always around when needed. We stayed in the Executive Suite with jacuzzi and pool view (Room 610) — absolutely worth every penny. I would definitely book this room again. Before arriving, I had read a few negative reviews and was slightly concerned, but in all honesty, I can’t believe those issues wouldn’t have been resolved if they had been brought to the hotel’s attention. The team are incredibly responsive and clearly go out of their way to ensure guests are happy. Would definitely return
