Actually without Silvana, I was suffering too much, but she's a really helpful person.
Amazing view from the room with a beach view. Silvana helped us a lot to have a wonderful vacation with everything in the hotel. Anything I need, she helps me a lot.

- • The golf car did not come easily, and the room is far away from the restaurant and all facilities. The hotel said they provide a bus for guests at 8 pm to Mamsha Dahab and return at 10 pm, but most of the time it's full. I recommend providing more than 1 bus to accommodate more people.
The staff are wonderful, the view is beautiful, and the outdoor seating area is great.
The room is spacious with a beautiful view. The employee Silvana Samir is wonderful, helpful, responsive, and attentive to my comfort in the hotel.

- • The restaurant is small and crowded. The air conditioning is hot in the restaurant. On the first day, the chef was handling pasta with bare hands without using gloves. The food was not hot most of the time.
The staff are very friendly, helpful, and attentive. The whole team is always willing to assist and ensure everything is comfortable. Whenever there is an issue or something doesn't feel right, they are always ready to find a solution.
