Excellent for those who want to stay in a hotel all days and enjoy the sun and the food
The service was very good, the food at the restaurants was excellent, we enjoyed the VIP lounge. We appreciated the fresh juices and the wet towels offered at the swimming pool area.

- • I wish it had access to the seawater. The beachfront was bad. It would be worthy if they invest in surfacing the entrance to the seawater with sand.

Amazing Hotel but a bit pricey
Clean-Well managed-Staff is very helpful and professional. Mr. Khalid who welcomed us did above and beyond and upgraded our room from garden view to suite with Jacuzzi. He also offered us to book a la carte restaurant more than once per our stay. The staff always trying to help and very fast in responding. The Italian restaurant is so good, food, staff and everything. Fabulous. This is the one we tried.

- • The activities are kind of okay (We tried the submarine boat 'okay' - and the parachute/tube ones 'insanely good'. The live shows at night were mainly targeted to the elderly folks which were so many in the hotel (The live songs are kind of old enough). You need to book a restaurant and the number of bookings is related to how many nights you stay.

Spectacular and unforgettable romantic stay
The kindness and attentiveness of the entire staff, from the manager and reception staff to the waiters and cleaning staff, were outstanding. They were all incredibly helpful and eager to make guests feel welcome and ensure an unforgettable stay. They surprised us with a room upgrade to a spectacular suite and even allowed us a late checkout since our flight was at midnight. The beach and pools are absolutely stunning.

- • Without meaning to diminish anything, we especially suggest having a wider variety of imported drinks in the VIP Lounge. They are very attentive, but there isn't a great selection to choose from.
