The staff was friendly and answered questions willingly. I chose a private room with a shared bathroom between two rooms, so it was comfortable without much crowding. The kitchen is separate from the dormitory area and is for the private room guests. There is a ski drying room, which was convenient for drying boots and boards. Although there are no people at the check-in location, they will come and assist if you call. They stored our luggage until check-in time, so we could comfortably sightsee.

- • There is nothing in particular, but if I were to mention something, there is no desk in the room, so you will have to work in the lobby if you need one. Since the floor is carpeted, you need to be careful with wet items. The place where you can store your luggage is the ski drying room, but you need to climb stairs to get there, so be careful with large suitcases.
The kitchen was clean and well provisioned.

- • The walls are too thin and it is difficult to not disturb or be disturbed in adjacent rooms. The rooms are too small, with no place for any stuff apart from the bed itself.
