- • Concerned about carpet on stairs quite tatty and worn. Could pose hazard could get a heel caught on it and trip. Needs repairs and those plastic with metal heel strip fitted. 2nd-floor shower heads in very poor condition. Parking very hard to get. Third-floor stairwell door very hard to maneuver especially with bags a 2-way or sliding door would be safer.

- • Not a lot of soundproofing - could hear others' conversations, people coming in/out. No towels. Did say you could hire towels but no one at reception to hire from. Upstairs kitchen is locked at 10.30 pm til 9.30 am.
Nice if you want to meet people and share travel stories. Avoid if you want to sleep.

- • I was exhausted but can’t go to bed because I need to check in at 9 pm. And there was a long queue
