Good, but the arrival was murky
We only spent the day because it was close to the bus station, it's an old hostel functioning as a hotel, the air conditioning didn't work, the beds were a bit dirty, it had a balcony, USE THE ELEVATOR, because if you take the stairs you won't make it (trash, cats with kittens, exposed cables) I think it was the closest to death I've been

- • The stairs look like you're in a horror movie, if I have to climb them at night, I'd rather sleep on the street
Big Group Stay
The rooms were really nice and clean. I enjoyed being able to see the Nile River from the communal room. The view from the rooms was also quite nice. It was located very well downtown. Everything we needed was close by. Definitely recommended for a big group! The breakfast was also really good.

- • The communal bathroom was a bit rough for the big group that we were, but the rest of the facilities were very good.
Hospitable, quiet, and easily accessible :)
I really liked the hospitality, the cleanliness, and that they were attentive to help me at all times since my arrival. I was very well received during the days I was there, I had very good attention from the staff, and they helped me until the end of my stay. I felt safe. I was able to store my luggage after check out.

Great choice for a solo traveler
The hostel is in an excellent location, close to downtown and all amenities, within walking distance of the bus station, which makes everything much easier. My stay there was pleasant—the staff were friendly and welcoming, willing to help you organize whatever you need... it was clean, quiet, and the bed was comfortable. All in all, it offers great value for the money.

- • The hostel is on the 7th floor of a poorly maintained building, it was hot to sleep (AC didn't work?)...
Nice place. It's close to everything, including the old Egyptian museum, and located in the center of the city. It’s only a 5-minute walk to the bus station. The staff is very welcoming and helpful.
