Disorganized and arrogant staff, especially the girls who cook and wash there.
Unfortunately, the only positive thing is the good location because it is central, which is why I chose to stay here, and it was the only positive thing.

- • Staff too disorganized, arrogant, they do not speak English well, do not understand, and do not try to find solutions to problems caused by them. We happened to book dinner with a message on WhatsApp (as they said), they confirmed, but once we arrived for dinner, they told us it's over, we went to bed hungry. The same thing for the surf lesson, first confirmed booking then canceled on the same morning with arrogance. Moreover, the girls working there spoke and looked badly all the time, as if we were the problem for staying there during the Eid al-Adha holiday, you could simply stay closed if you didn't want to work. The final serious thing, I booked an airport shuttle in the evening to go to the airport and they forgot to inform the driver, plus they reversed the times and I paid 10€ extra twice because they never had change. Unfortunately, the experience was really negative mainly because of the general staff, who made me feel in difficulty several times when I paid to stay with you and received no service or good treatment.

- • The entire staff were the rudest people we met in Morocco! The guy didn't even get off the couch when we tried to check in. The people working there treat the hotel like they live there. Playing loud music, watching TV, hanging out and smoking with friends on the terrace. They don't even give you coffee for breakfast. The staff walk around drinking coffee but when you ask for a coffee they say no or you can pay 20. They don't serve coffee with breakfast while the staff are sitting there eating their breakfast with coffee!!! The girls working the breakfast must hate their jobs. No food before 9:30. They served eggs one day and when asked for bread they said they didn't have any. It was 9:30. How do you not prepare for your breakfast service? Horrible Horrible experience because of the staff. No one said hello or goodbye. It's like their hang out place and you are just in their way.

Good location near taxi, city center and lots of facilities around. Nice activities to do (like yoga, surf class also in other town) to be paid separately. Very beautiful hostel, curated and clean. Delicious breakfast
