Excellent choice for a fai price.
The hotel and its owners/ employees are very cliënt oriëntated, friendly and helpfull in every aspect. The location hs nearby the railway and busstation. Mahmoed is always willing to help and think along with any request you have. Nice that you can order breakfast at the hotel too!

- • The rooms are clean but there is not much space for your luggage/suitcase. We rentes a room for 3 persons and the the space left beiden the beds us ver limited. We booked also our balloon flight with Mahmoud. But there were so many balloon flights that morning that although we booked a surprise flight, the sun was already way above the horizon when it was our turn to fly. That was realy a pity.

地理位置很好，附近基础设施完善，老板人非常好，我女朋友半夜睡不着坐在大厅，又是给泡茶喝又是给小面包，都是免费的，不仅帮我们预约热气球，价格也比市场价低，还提供洗衣服务，一件才20镑，需要打车之类的也可以找老板帮忙叫司机，都是一口价，不会中途加价的。这次旅行还和二老板Mahmoud建立起了深厚的友谊，一起聊天抽水烟喝咖啡，过得很开心。如果卢克索全员恶人，那这家酒店就是卢克索的避风港，欢迎大家入住！（老板和二老板的英语都非常好，交流无障碍）

Friendly and helpful staff, a family-run business, that would go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. They even advised us on pitfalls and scams by vendors on the street. They offer rides from/to airport or train station at a reasonable price. If you like tour recommendation, they can make arrangements.

The hotel is the best one in the world. We can get good friends from Algeria in hotel,we share our experience,intrest things in the trip,and exchang gifts. The boss is also very kind to us,allow us to use kitchen and store baggage after we check out. We have a nice trip here，I wish I'll have more chances to come Africa again,including Egypt and Algeria.
