- • Early morning the next day, there are other Guests who are very noisy coming in and out of the room, making a lot of noise when closing the door... very early in the morning we were awakened by the noise, which prevented us from resting properly. Please, if possible, fix the doors so that they open and close smoothly for the comfort of the guests. I don't know if the problem is with the door or if the other Guests are just too insensitive... And lastly, please update the Menu posted in the rooms because after we finished ordering, we were surprised by the Bill, apparently there was a price increase without prior notice to the guests when ordering. Please fix this, so that when we return to Bataan, we will still consider your hotel!

- • Refrigerator and microwave are both not working. When we entered the bathroom upon arrival, the garbage pail was full, there was no toilet paper. It seems like the room was recently vacated and the housekeeper rushed to clean the room. Need to improve on housekeeping...
Our family had a wonderful stay at BTH Travelers Home in Bataan! It was a last-minute plan, and we’re so glad we chose this place. The staff were incredibly accommodating and attentive to our needs, which made our stay even more comfortable. The place itself felt just right—cozy, welcoming, and truly like a second home. We highly recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Bataan, and we would gladly stay here again on our next trip!
