Spacieuse room, great roof terrace but a bit noisy
The rooftop and view from there was great. Good location too - close enough to walk to things but not right on the busy road.

- • The staff weren't always there and could be unfriendly, but the volunteers were lovely. The door was left open and sometimes random people came in which didn't feel safe but there were no staff around to help. Could also hear every time someone went up the stairs and I was often woken up by the room above me. Half the light bulbs weren't working. A clean halfway through the week would have improved my stay - fresh bedding, bin emptying, sweeping the sand etc.

Location was pretty good. Rooftop view is lovely. Beds were comfortable. Victor was very welcoming.

- • Lid of toilet seat falls onto your back when using the toilet. No shower mat or hand towel, and the shower stand was broken. Towels provided were soft but ended up with coloured towel fluff everywhere. Walls are thin and unfortunately other guests did not respect the quiet times.
