Great location, close to many buses and short walk to many attractions, shops and restaurants. Hotel was clean, kitchen was great and we were able to pick up water bottles and new towels at the front desk every day.

- • Our room was very dark because there was a building right next to the hotel. So even though we had a window there was no outside light coming in.
Excellent and very practical.
Good room with private bathroom. Good mattress. Breakfast included, but it's better if you make it yourself. I didn't see anyone. But you can fry some eggs, there's sliced bread, juice, and coffee from a machine that grinds the coffee instantly. Spacious and well-supplied kitchen: I bought food and cooked twice. Common fridge in the kitchen. And a spacious dining room. Next to the bus terminal station. And next to local bus stops for visits. A walk and you're at the mounds of the royal tombs.

The location was great, there were free luggage storage and lockers. The rooms had a fridge and were ventilated through the window.

The location is very good as you can walk to almost every site and if you need to take the bus, the station is only a few minutes away.

- • Overall I do not understand all the good reviews. Of course I did not expect a five-star hotel room, but I always expect my room to be clean. In my bathroom, there was no ventilation and you could see mold on the filter and also on the shower tray. Also, the window and the AC were a bit moldy and due to the room feeling damp all the time, it was not comfortable at all. Also, I feel like the pictures on Booking.com did not represent what I got in real life. The room reminded me of a prison cell. Of course, one can argue that people will not be in their room that much if it is a sightseeing trip, but all in all I did not feel comfortable in the room and could not wait to leave...

- • Room cleanliness needs improvement, many places have dust, and it feels a bit damp, the air conditioning blows directly at the head, not very comfortable. There is an internet cafe opposite the guesthouse, I stayed in the room closest to the stairs, although I couldn't hear the stairs or sounds from other rooms very much, at night I could hear some noise from outside the guesthouse, a little disturbance. The floor of the toilet/bathroom also doesn't feel very clean. There is no elevator, so please consider if you need to carry heavy luggage.
