I am DEAF. I have not received a message from the owner at the hostel, I feel helpless and cannot call where I am. I wait at the door for 5 minutes, then a guy came and helped me call them. Finally, I got the code and opened the locker to get 1 key for room number 15. Why didn't they send it to my mobile number 076-0395202? We don't feel like booking again next time. I want an explanation why??? I met a woman yesterday morning and she doesn't understand. She is Swedish. Shame on you, promise you will answer me. I will call you on Monday. Best regards, Bengt Åke Blomqvist
