Fantastic property and great staff.
Dry clean and the staff were fantastic. Private pool was great. Breakfast was really good and walking distance to the beach and some of the Senggigi beach clubs. They also provide a buggy service to the immediate area which was really convenient.

Great stay at Kalandara resort
Very nice location, convenient and easy to get a taxi. The staff is super nice and friendly. Rooms are comfy and spacious. Very easy to walk to the scubba froggy school or even to the Verve beach club and the nearby Nooq and The Kliff restaurants

- • The food doesn't match the hotel, it should be more elevated and creative (especially for the BBQ night). Ideally adding a gym would be a good improvement

- • There were cheaper and better food options at other resorts/restaurants nearby which we just walked to. We walked down to the beach and got a taxi to nearby Nipah Beach one day as well which was great. I don’t think we realized the “call to prayer” would be so loud every morning but then we realized that this is just part of beautiful Lombok!

Al la carte breakfast included in room fee. Great choices, cooked to order. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The view from the restaurant is also amazing.

- • The location, the town of Senggigi is not very active but this is not related to the establishment. The nearby mosque makes a very loud noise several times during the day for a long time (4 or 5 times 30 minutes)
Great views but cold pools and very loud.
Unbeatable views and comfortable rooms combined with good value make this hotel a great choice when staying in Lombok and wanting to visit the waterfalls or Gili islands. We enjoyed the one-bedroom villa and the restaurant has decent choices for food.

- • I wouldn't spend extra money to book a room with a private pool. The temperature is very cold which does not make swimming enjoyable, we only used it for about 5 minutes per day because it was too cold, should be at least controlled to 30 C. Another major issue is the noise from the mosque. We live in an Islamic country and are used to prayer time, but Lombok takes it to a whole new level with extremely loud speakers, and prayers lasting 15-30 minutes. The hotel could have built better soundproofing in the rooms.
