Everything was great. It is a beautiful and small-scale accommodation, making it wonderfully quiet. The room and bathroom are beautiful! Laundry service was also good. Breakfast not tested.

- • You have to sign a document beforehand stating that they are not responsible for anything. After checking in, we found out that there are several pool tiles, including those of the stairs, loose. I slipped because the stair tile slid away when I tried to step into the pool. Fortunately, I did not get injured, but I find it very reprehensible that such a document is signed beforehand and then the hotel does not maintain good safety.
We will gladly return and recommend it to our friends passing through Ubud.

- • The soundproofing of the rooms was not the best. It would have been better to only hear the sound of the waterfall and the animals. Unfortunately, some guests were not very respectful of the place, and customers suffer the consequences. The staff was helpful and kind in solving this problem.

- • Sometimes there was a bad smell coming from the rice fields (not the hotel's fault, of course). The room cleaning could be a bit more thorough.
The staff were lovely, I had a fall on their stairs and they helped me up and cleaned my wounds. 10/10 will stay again
