- • We asked for a “surprised” dinner in 5 courses. Perhaps we shouldn’t have gone, as we were disappointed…and kids were left wanting more! Service was very slow - far too slow. The food was good, but as foodies (and French people) we were expecting a real “surprise” and not just a Caesar salad…maybe next time we will choose differently!
Spoil yourself and stay at this beautifully nurturing hotel. It’s an absolute jewel to be enjoyed.

- • [ ] The parking is not reserved for hotel guests, we had to park on our own in the cemetery parking lot and there was no luggage service [ ] Not even a bottle of water is offered [ ] Only a few staff members proved adequate. We then noticed a general disorganization among the staff and services not suitable for a 5-star hotel. For example, upon our arrival, we were asked if we wanted a welcome drink, we ordered two cappuccinos, and after 15 minutes of waiting, we asked where our drinks were. The receptionist replied that there was currently no staff for that service, but then why didn't she inform us immediately as soon as she had proposed it to us?!
The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was amazing.

The warmth, kindness, and personal attention of the entire team made our stay truly special. One memorable example was a cake we particularly enjoyed. The staff kindly prepared it for us again, and the chef who made it even came to explain the recipe personally to my wife. They then refused to accept any payment for it. This thoughtful gesture perfectly reflects the genuine hospitality we experienced throughout our stay. Vila Planinka is not simply a beautiful boutique hotel; it is a place where guests are treated with sincere care and generosity. That is why we returned, and it is why we hope to return again.

The hotel's location is correct. The staff is very friendly. The wellness area is very nice, the only drawback is the lack of a pool and steam sauna.

Charming place
We liked everything. Very intimate atmosphere, wonderful design with attention to detail. Very good breakfasts, worth trying the tasting menu in the restaurant. Very pleasant, helpful, and competent staff. Located in a picturesque area, many walking and cycling routes. We will gladly return there.
