Vila Planinka has an unbeatable location and a staff that makes you feel truly taken care of, and we'd return in a heartbeat.
Vila Planinka is a wonderful property in the heart of the Jezersko valley. The views are breathtaking, and you're just a short walk or bike ride from hiking trails and sights throughout the valley. A perfect base for anyone who loves the outdoors.

- • My only complaint is the shower heads not attaching higher up to make it easier to take a full shower.

- • Having a shower in the bath is quite dangerous and it wasn’t adjustable so couldn’t stand underneath it, impossible to wash hair. Also, 2 nights is enough as there is no pool, walking to the lake is lovely however I wouldn’t put my big toe in water looked like algae and very unattractive cafe. So certainly wouldn’t recommend it. They ran out of 2 wines so upsold wine by glass (should have sold at the same price) even no English breakfast tea!!! Keep good stocks in the future.
Magnificent place, with a very good breakfast, good bedding, and a view of the mountains.
Very nice place with a view of the mountains. Very good and varied breakfast.

- • The restaurant with a unique surprise menu is not to my taste. The meal, rather bland, is not worth the price asked.
A delightful place for peace seekers and nature lovers.
Great location with stunning views in all directions. Excellent breakfast and dinner. Very friendly and helpful staff, speaks excellent English. Nice room with a great bed and very clean. Very welcoming reception with a welcome drink and extensive explanation about the hotel, surroundings, and attractions. Very conscious of sustainable business practices without compromising comfort and travel pleasure.

- • Wellness area a bit small, maximum of 5 guests at a time possible and advance reservation necessary. Price of (excellent) dinner not mentioned anywhere, had to ask for it ourselves. Turned out fine and fitting with the quality. Excellent wine advice but also here without mentioning the - quite reasonable - price. Also asked ourselves but this is a point for improvement, to prevent surprises at check-out.
A beautiful and special hotel. Quality is valued here. This is evident in the attention to detail that is reflected throughout the hotel, as well as in the high quality of the products offered at breakfast and dinner. The friendliness of the staff is also particularly noteworthy. We have rarely felt so comfortable on a vacation and will definitely come back.
