Accommodation ruined the whole trip for me

- • It was extremely hot and humid both during the day and at night. The ventilator at the top didn’t work and the small ventilator was turning off all the time. The first 3 days there were no hot water and after I complained to the staff I only had hot water till the end of my stay. The property is weared down and dusty with little privacy. Old dirty towels. The tap in the kitchen was broken and the shared sugar and other necessities were colonised by the ants and other insects. Most of the equipment broken or damaged. When I asked to change my room to the other type with an additional pay I was rejected although the more expensive rooms were still available on booking

- • During the 5 days I was there, they did not change the sheets or towels, at no time did I see the receptionists, I thought my room would have a nice view but they left me on the first floor even though there were empty places.
