- • The TV wasn't working. The elevator was stuck on checkout day and we had to use the stairs instead. There is no staff working there, it's a bit strange.

Customer service is particularly disappointing as everything is digital without reception staff.

- • We waited outside the hotel for an hour until we received the room entry code. The self-check-in on the website didn't work even though I entered their details. Customer service was not available until we managed to complete the entire check-in process around an hour.
