- • We waited outside the hotel for an hour until we received the room entry code. The self-check-in on the website did not work even after entering their details. Customer service was not available until we completed the entire check-in process around the hour.

- • Our window faced an inner courtyard, we were always with closed curtains.
The suite was very small but equipped with everything needed. Very convenient location. We had a great vacation.
Communication with the place manager was excellent, we received an immediate response to every inquiry. The apartment had everything needed for a short stay including kitchen utensils.
