The stay was exceptional
The Employees are all friendly and welcoming from Receptionist, Waiter, Manager, Cleaner they are very professional and that is what is called customer retention. They create a pleasant environment. I felt welcomed and my kids enjoyed every moment.

- • The stay was exceptional, but the Hotel should be flexible in checking in earlier especially if it communicated. The cleaners can start with the room that requires early check in. So i think these a communication breakdown among the departments.
