The staff are very friendly, especially the receptionist Yassin and the housekeeper Amr Hamdi helped us carry the bags and we arrived while heading to catch the bus, I thank him very much

- • The window could not be locked, so anyone could come into the room by the window. My room was not an exception, for the nearby room had the same problems. I did not feel safe.
