Improve cleanliness level.
The hotel looks modest, it is not new. But the rooms are renovated, quite neat and nice. Upon check-in, we were brought a bottle of wine, fruits, and snacks to our room. The staff is friendly. Good pool, access to the sea with a private beach. There are plenty of sunbeds and lots of space. Suitable for families with children. We also liked the food. Good selection of dishes, the menu changed slightly every day.

- • Cleanliness. Upon check-in, we received a not entirely clean room. The bathroom seemed clean, but not the room itself. Dusty, traces on the mirrors. The impression that the floor was not washed, at most vacuumed. And a somewhat unclear point, which we encounter for the first time - someone from the guest relations team called us every day. They asked how we were doing and if we needed anything?! I understand one call, but not every day... questionable, but okay)

The location, the food, the cleanliness are excellent. We enjoyed it very much, both the adults among us and the youth. There is suitable activity for everyone. And I cannot fail to mention the excellent staff, all of them are pleasant, kind, and it is clear that they are truly willing to invest to make us satisfied. A particularly excellent and recommended vacation.

- • The curtains in the rooms do not cover the windows enough and we wake up in the morning with the sun because the room is all light
I liked the hotel/pool/food which is all-inclusive, inviting, fun, and tasty. The rooms are good, some with a small private pool that added to the experience. For any problem/issue, you can contact the management and receive the highest level of courteous and attentive treatment
