- • Initially, I wanted to give a higher rating but everything changed when I moved from a private room to a shared room. The private room was okay, the floors were very dirty but at least nobody disturbed me at 6 AM in the morning with a loud check-in like in the dorm. I really don't get why they let people in the dorms at that time. Besides the one receptionist who was super nice, the rest of the staff was not only rude but incredibly disrespectful. The older lady came into my dorm at 7 (after I was woken up at 6 by 6 very loud ladies who had just arrived) and she started shouting at me to check out while I was just about to get dressed. Besides this, she was very rude, disrespectful, and didn't do her job at all. The funny part was that the higher floors where the dorms are located were actually cleaner than the lower ones. The whole place is not maintained, you get stuck in the toilets, sometimes run out of water while showering. The smell from the nearby meat market is so bad that you can't sit in the common area in the morning. Breakfast is very basic, with sponge white bread for toast and jam, and sweetened coffee with milk. All in all, I don't recommend it.

Good location. I had to change hostels and went to another unit of the same hostel. That one was excellent.

- • The location was good, but there was a lot of raw meat commerce around which left the hostel with a very bad smell of meat. I also requested two more nights and the employee simply did not do it. This made me have to leave the place and go to another unit of the same chain.
Only stayed one night, but it was a comfortable stay, and the staff were friendly

Worst structure I've been in Vietnam. It's okay for a couple of nights but I don't recommend long stays

- • Poorly clean and poorly managed structure. The lady at the reception (I assume the owner) should change jobs. Breakfast cannot be called breakfast.
