- • many of us were given rooms in the annexe where the quality of rooms was 3/10. The pictures shown are incorrect and deceptive. The food was average and overall experience was sub par.

- • Too few staff at the buffets, so you had to wait a long time for a clean table or drink (the tables were always full so as soon as someone left, you wanted to sit there but then you had to wait until the table was cleared), also with young children, it was difficult to, for example, go to the kids' club for a while if you had something to do in the room or had booked a massage or something because all activities were at a distance by bus. I also find everything too expensive in the hotel that can be booked additionally. Such as an à la carte restaurant or a beach hut or something.

- • Staff unfriendly. Food was very bad. The restaurant was understaffed, leading to long waiting times. My car was simply parked on the roadside.

- • Sun loungers are occupied from early morning in the water park area. We arrived at 9:30 in the morning, and practically all sun loungers were "taken" with towels. People come to these occupied sun loungers after 2-3 hours at best. It was very unpleasant to encounter this, the hotel management does not prevent it.
Overall, we really liked it. It was not too much and not too little. There is really continuous food

- • - No SmartTV (Netflix, YouTube) - Tables in the dining area were not always cleaned when someone got up. Sometimes we sat at dirty tables and there were no cleaning cloths available to quickly do it ourselves. - Fork, knife, and spoon were provided by the staff. This sometimes required calling someone multiple times and waiting to get cutlery for eating. - Small glasses for drinks. Mostly only small glasses were brought, which meant having to reorder drinks several times.

We greatly enjoyed the hotel! The cleanliness of the rooms, common areas, pools... The staff is very welcoming, attentive. When you encounter a problem, they are very responsive! It was my little brother's birthday, they offered us a cake! We particularly thank them for their gesture!!! 🥰 It's a beautiful place that I would recommend with closed eyes! We thank especially Reda, who speaks French and was able to facilitate the exchange for my friend.
