I had a wonderful stay. I loved the hotel, loved walking to the beach and main streets from here.
I loved the hotel and the employees. They were so nice, accommodating and kind. They helped me with everything I needed. The room was very nice, very large, with a lot of light, super clean. The AC worked perfectly. The terrace is spacious and with a nice view of the pool. The pool is pristine, perfect in size, temperature, etc.. The hotel is close enough to the beach and main streets, but far enough for peace and quiet. Hope the street was cleaner and in better condition (lots of construction along), but this has nothing to do with the hotel.

- • I think hotels in general need to invest a bit more in their mattresses. I know Puerto Escondido receives a very young crowd, and maybe they don't pay attention to the quality of the mattress, but then you get to a certain age you do notice when a bed lacks support.
We loved how clean, spacious, well located and large the property was. We even decided to extend our stay! We also had access to a pool which was great to cool off in after walking around in the humidity. We were also given beach towels and our towels were changed daily.

- • While the accomodation looked recently built there were a few things that could be improved including the water pressure in the showers, including more hooks for towels in the bathroom etc but other than that we enjoyed our stay and would book again.
Fantastic
Everything was great. Rooms were great and spacious and bed was super comfy. The pool was a great place to come back to after a long hot day on the beach.

- • I don’t have anything negative to say apart from that there is a little bit of a hill walk back to the hotel. That’s it.
