- • In order to get water for the thermos, they send me to a machine where I have to put 2 coins of 10 pesos. Nowadays, having coins is rare, and they should give it for free.
The only advantage of the hotel is its location! I do not recommend it to anyone. Too noisy from one room to another

- • The facilities are a bit run down, I went years ago and it was much better. Nowadays, the lack of maintenance is noticeable. The pool had too much chlorine, which even discolored our clothes. The breakfast was a disaster, no variety, only pastries and a cold cuts cake. There was a shortage of tableware, the tables were not cleaned, you had to clear what another guest had left to have breakfast, and many times there was no place available, you had to wait, serve yourself, and no one cleaned the table. Clearly, the staff was not enough. Really expensive for what they offer. The check-out time is at 11 A.M, and at 11:05 they were calling our room to tell us we had to leave. Truly a very bad experience. And in terms of value for money, very poor.

- • There were complaints about the cleanliness of the mate and having hot water. In a country where mate is so popular, this is striking.

- • A disaster, my son ended up in the emergency room because of the pool with too much chlorine, I ended up in the emergency room due to the risk of corneal burn. I have a medical certificate.
Overall, everything was very good, what we highlight the most is the treatment of all the staff, very cordial and attentive

- • Parking. Although I left the car on the street without any problems, it would be nice if they had their own parking lot
