- • Well, there was something wrong with the sauna in the suite, but everything else was great, another thing is that the pillows were too hard, but it was possible to adjust with a blanket

- • It is pet-friendly in a very limited way. They say it is due to health department regulations or xxxx, but in reality, in other hotels of the same level, pet access is not so limited. One is supposed to pay an additional cost for them in case they make a mess. The receptionist at the check-in was very kind, but other staff members were not so friendly.

- • Breakfast hours could be extended until 10 am. Also, improve the quality of the ingredients; the sausages and coffee didn't taste good.
