We did not come with high expectations, and were very pleasantly surprised! We enjoyed and will be happy to return :)
We asked for and received adjoining rooms (for us and our 2 children) with a connecting door. The rooms are very spacious, with lots of storage space, a balcony, and a great view from the 6th floor. Excellent service, they called on the first evening (Alona) to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. We received treats of a wine bottle in each room, mineral water, small chocolates, and a later check-out time at 12 instead of 11 - we really appreciated it! There is ample parking at the hotel + on the sides of the road. The breakfast is very diverse and tasty! We also paid extra for the dinner which was also very good. Great pool, cool and pleasant water. The descent to the beach is simply delightful - everything is close, accessible, and the beach is well-kept.

- • Maintenance is not 100... a connecting door that doesn't close all the way so it can't be locked, some small things in the room were a bit loose... The room cleaning on the second day could have been a bit better... (they didn't take old towels, didn't replace the tissue in the bathroom... small things but we noticed them. In the pool - it's a shame they don't enforce the non-smoking rule + guests bring speakers with them... Pool towels - although washed, there were old stains from previous uses, various shades of brown/yellow... less pleasant.
